Order fulfillment

  • Sales are processed and packaged for shipping during our regular business hours Monday - Friday, within 48 hours of placing your order. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking info via email.
  • We are not liable for delays in shipping or damage that occurs in transit from a third party provider.

We happily offer worldwide shipping but if you can't locate your country at checkout please reach out to us using the contract form and we can update shipping costs as needed.

Returns & Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds unless damaged or incorrect items.
  • We are happy to exchange where needed. We ask that you pay for the return shipping and we will send your new order at no extra cost.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on worn or washed items unless faulty.
